Can I Cancel At Any Time?
Yes. You can cancel your paid subscription at any moment by emailing [email protected]. Notice of cancellation must be received 24+ hours prior to your monthly or annual auto-renewal. There are no refunds available for time between cancellation request and renewal date.
Is IDX available?
We currently are not offering IDX but, you can visit a 3rd party and use their website plugin to generate IDX feeds and data.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, a monthly or annual renewal of your subscription is automatic. You are always free to cancel.
What's the difference between Self-Edit and the Managed Plan?
The initial setup and website publishing is included with every plan. If you do not choose our $59/mo Managed plan, all changes, updates, adding properties, changing property price or status will be your responsibility.
Self-Edit plans requesting help and or assistance?
This can be done at a rate of $59/hour. The system has credits that can be purchased for $59 and can be used for Support request, property websites with domain, blog posts and several other services. Depending on the service request, we'll let you know in advance how many credits will be required to complete the request.
What is a Property Website?
As properties are added to the website, you can choose an additional website domain name for the listing and create single Property Website. In addition to the property being placed on your main real estate website, this will generate as second single page website with the domain you choose for the property... Example: 1234MainSt.com the Property Website can be used on marketing materials and promoted independent to your agent website.
How much is a Property Website?
The system has credits that can be purchased for $59 each and used for 1 individual single Property Website (or other service). The $59 credit applied to a Property Website covers the domain purchase and hosting for 1 year.
With the Managed Plan, how do I get a Property Website?
Just email us the Address and the photographer property photos (best to use these, since the mls photos are lower quality once uploaded into the mls). We will add all the details, attach photos, video tours, and anything else you provide. We'll also charge your card on file for the credit purchase/use pm the individual single Property Website.
